Exercising and History

Hello fellow bloggers,
This Blog is an open forum for people to discuss exercising and dieting tips, and just for people to find moral support while they embark on their journey to get out and get HEALTHY! Obesity has been a rising problem in the United States, and in the last decade we have seen many fad diets and workout routines come and go, but none have truly stuck and shown people how accomplish their exercising goals. This blog is promoting the simple and most effective way of losing weight, building muscle, and getting in shape and that is to eat healthy and work out effectively.

The history of exercising is ancient, and embedded in our human nature. We have been always trying to reach our highest pinnacle of physical health since creation. The past decade has put brought exercising to the forefront once again, with rising problems such as obesity, diabeties and other conditions becoming rampant in our society; doctors and experts are stressing the importance of exercise.

Below is brief outline of the history of exercise.
