OBESITY IN AMERICA

Without exercise, people develop diseases such as obesity, every day. If you do not start to develop an exercise regimen, there is a great chance that you might be one of those people, sometime in the near future. If you begin to exercise, you will greatly reduce your risk of becoming sick. Losing weight isn’t all about dieting; in fact dieting is bad for you. Exercise is great way to burn calories, as well as relieving stress and tension that you might have. You may not be motivated to exercise, so here are six easy ways to slip exercise into your everyday routine. The first thing you should do is take the stairs during your daily routine. Whenever you might find yourself going to use an elevator or escalator whether you are at work or the mall, use the stairs. It is easy to go up or down a level with nothing but a minimal amount of effort and your own two feet. A second way to incorporate exercise into your life is to exercise during commercial breaks. Many of you watch television on a daily basis. While you are in front of the television and a commercial comes on, stand up for a quick exercise session. You may decide to do some cardio, or a few stretches. Anything you do to increase your heart rate will help you. Number three, turn your morning commute to exercise. Depending on how far you work or your errand is, walk or ride a bike. Even try swapping your car for a form of public transportation. You will find yourself walking and moving more than if you drove your car to work every day. A fourth idea is to exercise while you are on the phone, take a walk around your backyard, or around the block. This will easily burn calories and you won’t even realize you are doing it! Number five, exercise while you are parking. Shopping at a mall is exercise enough, but if you are going somewhere, park you’re car a little further than usual. This will allow you to walk a little further and burn more calories. Last but not least, dance! While getting ready to start your day, dance your way through it. You don’t have to worry about looking silly, because you are in the privacy of your own home. You will start your day in a great mood, and this will certainly get your blood pumping.
*This is a fear message showing obesity among the U.S states as a drastic problem
